Swann Storage was formed to take advantage of a well maintained freehold factory that became surplus to requirements in Newhaven. The factory was previously used for the manufacture of high quality valuable furniture which had to be kept in a clean and secure condition.

Our Newhaven site is discretely located in a secure part of town and has been developed into a low cost yet high quality document storage facility.

Swann Storage is a part of the Swann Group of Companies otherwise involved in the engineering and furniture sectors, and benefits from the substantial professional infrastructure and resources therein.
